Does Malnutrition Cause Diverticulitis And IBS Issues?

Does chronic mild malnutrition cause/allow uncomplicated colonic diverticulosis, IBS, low potassium (first time ever), under distended portions of the intestines and slight anemia(first time ever) -- hgb drop from 14 to 11.6 in 2 months. No blood loss. 23 year old female with fibromyalgia and Ehlers Danlos syndrome type 3. Patient also hasn t had her menses in 2 months and is not pregnant and is std free.

I really appreciate your concern, of course malnutrition could cause many systemic symptoms but not IBS and Fibromyalgia, the most common cause of your symptoms would be stress, and anxiety, hope this information helps.
