Hello, I am Dr. Brown (a real person) and I hope i can help you today.

Painless lumps on the genitals under the skin are most likely sebaceous cysts, which are not an STD but a blocked hair or sweat gland (on areas that have no hair) that fills up with sweat or the oily substance your hair makes. They frequently go away by themselves if you soak them in warm water or if the body reabsorbs the liquid inside.

There are STD's that cause painless lumps on the genitals but the lumps generally would not go away by themselves and they would be on the surface of the skin, not under it.

The only way to know for sure what the bumps are is to be examined by a doctor. However, your symptoms are most likely due to sebaceous cysts (you can google the images and see if it looks similar).

I hope my advice was helpful and that I adequately answered your question today. Best wishes, Dr. Brown
