Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Low blood pressure may present like fatigue, lightheadedness, dizziness, nausea, clammy skin, depression, loss of consciousness, blurry vision etc. Please check the causes for hypotension like cardiac problem or anemia or septicemia or dehydration etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Drink plenty of water and ORS liquids. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
