Hi,

If you are masturbation or having sex, yes there are chances of general tiredness and joint pain.

It can be due to deficiency of nutrition - you need to take adequate nutrition if you want to have sex/masturbation daily or more than 3 times a week.

It can also be due to calcium deficiency. Doing an x-ray knee can help diagnose the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
