Does Long Term Use Of Lomela Cream Has Any Side Effects?

I am Using Lomela Skin cream prescribed by doctor for 1 month, and I found good results.
So when ever I found pimples on my skin i always use lomela cream. One of our doctor told me to stop using lomela because excessive use of this cream is not good. Will you please suggest me. Now I am suffering from pimples again.

Hello.The components of the cream that you refer are Tretinoin,Hydroquinone and Hydrocortisone . It is very effective to treating Acne but your continued use can cause the appearance of importants side effects.Prolonged use of hydroquinone cause permanent depigmentation.Prolonged use of Hydrocortisone cause skin atrophy and vasodilation.If you need cream for continued use, your dermatologist should evaluate replace this drug by other safer.
