Does Lipoma Cause Abdominal Pain?

Is it possible (or likely) for a lipoma in my lower abdomen to start causing intense pain for a day or two. I've only known about the lipoma for a month and haven't noticed growth or pain since then. But I've had pains in that area over the past couple of days. Sometimes intense pain. But overall a dull, lasting pain that has really been more annoying than debilitating.

welcome to Health care magic.
1.It will depend on where the lipoma is located and how big it is and does it involve any other structures - al these depends to cause a pain.
2.From what resource you got that lipoma is there was not mentioned.
3.I would ask for a ultrasound scan - which will be good in picking the mass.
4.first needs to find cause of pain.
5.Hope it helps.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
