Does Knee Fluid Drainage Cause Pain Despite Anesthesia?

I ve read a lot about having fluid drained from the knee. Mostly about how much pain comes with it. My question is how bad does it actually hurt, with anesthesia and all. I m afraid my research might be mixed with people who didn t have any and people who did.

Thanks for your query on Health care magic. Yes it cause some pain after drainage in initial 2-3 days . But it is not severely painful. Start taking NSAIDS for pain. Get the culture sensitivity done for the aspirate to knofor w the nature of fluid whether infective or bloody. Wear knee cap. AVoid aquatting and cross leg sittting for 2 weeks. hope to see you well soon . take care. God bless you.
