I JUST TESTED POSITIVE FOR COCAINE WHICH IS A DRUG WHICH I NEVER USE SO I DONE SOME RESEARCH AND IT SEEMS THAT KIDNEY STONES COULD MAKE A A FALSE POSITIVE IN A URINE TEST IN WHICH I DO HAVE KIDNEY STONES AND A BLADDER INFECTION WHICH I FOUND OUT TODAY AT MY DOCTORS APT

False positive cocaine test can come in kidney infection like kidney stone or inflammation, drugs like antibiotics like amoxicillin, ampicillin or topical anaesthetics derived from cocaine can cause false positive test. Additionally another possible ingesting coca can cause false positive result. You should keep this possibility also in mind. You should get a repeat test done after some days.
