Does Intake Of Pill After Torn Condom During Sex Prevent Pregnancy?
hello, condom came off some time during intercourse,ecp was taken the next day/within 24 hours levonelle1 im guesing,is there anything else we can do to prevent pregnancy such as an iud or another type of pill this was on friday night/saturday morning it is now wednesday i have been stressing out since saturday any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

The ECP when taken within the first 24 hours is 98% effective in preventing conception so I do not see any cause for concern. Please do not stress and conduct a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample at least 2 weeks from the unprotected sexual intercourse or on or after the second day of a missed period. The test may have to be repeated 2-3 times with a gap of at least 2-3 days for more accurate conclusive results.
