Does Intake Of Vitamin Supplements Cause Cystic Acne On Face?
Hi,I am on Vitamins.I am taking Vitamin c in the morning before leaving the house ( 1000 mg ) on empty stomach taking vitamin E ( 600 mg )and evening Promosa Oil tablets (1000 mg ) together before going to bed.. this i have been asked to take coz of dark feets underarms and knee along with my hands.. could be pigmentation issues.. i need to ask 1: does the above medicines subscribed coz acne break outs coz i have got cystic acne ( two in no ) on my cheeks 2: secondly is the timing right in which i am taking these medicines. 3): are these medicines heaty... 4): is there a way to take these medicines and for how long should one take it for better results ..

As per your query you have problem of hyperpigmentation and cystiic acne . Well as you are taking supplements on this your should take advise of expert once as excess of vitamine is also not good . I would suggest you to wasg your skin soap containing benzoyl peroxide twice a day , apply cream containing azelaic acid on face for acne and cream containing koijic acid ( kojivit ) on skin having dark complexion that is on knees , armpits and feet. Consult dermatologist if condition doesn't get better . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( alindamycin )for acne ans recommend chemical peeling or laser therapy for dark complexion .
