Does Intake Of Postinor, Cause Abdominal Pain During Menstruation?

Hi doctor pls I took postinor two weeks ago. I started bleeding last Saturday. Normally my menses ends on the fifth day. But I still experience little bleeding and a bit of abdominal pains. Is it my normal flow or it s the effect of the postinor and how can I stop this so I can start a normal menstrual flow

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Postinor is an emergency contraceptive pill. It will prevent pregnancy from happening by causing breakthrough bleeding within 3 weeks from the intake of the pill.
Since you have got your periods by 2 weeks, it means that pill you have taken has acted. Some of them might experience spotting and abdominal pain or cramps while bleeding or following that. You can overcome it by taking Mefenamic Acid and Dicyclomine combination tablets.
From next cycle onwards, your periods should regularize.
