Does Intake Of Postinor 2 Cause Irregular Periods?

Hey doc,I had unprotected sex in July and took the postinor 2 pill my period came 9 days early in July after taking it. Now in Aug when my period is estimated I am 4 days late , I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative . What would be the cause of my late period?

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the negative pregnancy test with condition that test must have done with ultrasonography test, if it is negative then the irregular menses could be hormone changes hope this information helps.
