Does Intake Of Endogest 200 During Early Pregnancy Affect The Fetal Growth?

Hi, i missed my Period this month and today when i did pregnancy test i got it as positive. My doctor gave me endogest 200 to delay my periods 15days back at that time i was Not pregnant her and also told that i and she also said it is absolutely safe even if i get pregnancy. Today when i went to another doctor she said that there is 10percent Chance that the fetal growth might get affected. Can u please confirm if it is safe or not?

It is female hormone. So no need to worry for fetal damage by this drug endogest.
It is safe during pregnancy.
