General & Family Physician 's  Response
Azifast is not used for treatment of acne. There are other antibiotics which are approved for treatment of acne.
Advice
1.     Apply locally Clindoxyl gel (clindamycin + benzyl peroxide) at bed time for a month
2.     Stop Azifast
3.     Use Acne aid soap three time daily for cleaning your face
4.     Do not squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring
5.     Keep pimples untouched
6.     Try to avoid use of unbranded cosmetics unnecessarily
7.     Avoid mental stress as it aggravates acne
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
Thanks
