Does Increased Heartbeat And Swelling In Hands After Physical Exercise Mean Heart Problem?

When I hike up hill I can feel my heart beat fast and must take breaks after equivalent to a flight or two of stairs. I am 20 lbs higher weight than I should. I also get swollen hands when I hike in warmer weather. I am 43. I also did get low sugar on the hikes as well and have to takes bites of some food bar. My mom has had a heart valve replaced and had heart problem since 60. She had her valve replaced and has enlarged heart. Am I out of shape or is my heart have issues...

as overweight can induce increased heart beat as followed by a short physical exertion.

swollen hands should ruled out if any musulo skeletal cause.

low sugar should also be ruled out.

i suggest you to go for thorough examination and investigation with a cardiologist.
