Does Hypothyroidism Cause High Forehead And I Believe I Have

Does hypothyroidism cause high forehead and I believe I have it. I ate spinach for the last two days and my neck hurts. I stop eating it two or so years ago for the same reason. I see here on the internet that there's a sort of feud on whether cruciferous vegetables are good for the thyroid or not. I'm not a fan of kale either, it has actually done me more harm than good, but to give it credit it is a lot better than lots of other foods. I found this out just this week, that I may have hypothyroidism, I'm sure I do I've had all of the symptoms my whole life and have confused them with anemia as of late. While at the doctor I told him about my cold has and feet and how I couldn't take the weather and he suggested that I research Raynaud Phenomenon so I did and that is where I found the source of my problems coming from a diabetes filled family. What can I do?
