Does High Blood Pressure Have Any Physical Symptoms?

Does high blood pressure have any physical symptoms? I am 36, I drive a lot. For last one month I am having pain in my left shoulder. Pain is localized, but moves to random location. Like, sometime in biceps, sometimes in forearm etc. No other pain anywhere. What could this be? is this something serious.
