Does High RA Factor Cause Joint Pain?

My blood test report shows that my RA factor is 29 that is high. And my knees and elbows have some on and off pain. And my joints are sensetive to cold temperature. I have disc height loss and spondylosis at L3 -4. Is my joints pain related to it? What further exam should I do?
