The only proven way to gain height is by taking growth hormones but there are studies which suggest that growth hormones only temporarily make you gain height faster but the end height wud be the same.

It is not advisable to use any medication for height gain now, since you have reached your adult height at this age. Are the rest of your family members as tall as you? It is possible that your height might be normal when looked at from a genetic point of view. Eat a healthy diet with plenty of exercise, and please refrain from using medications for height gain.
