Does Heavy Bleeding With Blood Clots Indicate Successful Abortion?

Greetings .. am 20 years old and non married .I had unprotected sex due to which i got pregnant. Then i Started dose of.mifepristone 200mg for and eat 3 tablets .1 in morning and 1 at night then 1 on next morning ... I have heavy bleeding and clotting for 10 hours .then the speed slow down and for previous 4 hours i doesnot have any bleeding.Is abortionis completelly done ? Or I need other medicine also ..? Please reply as soon as possible.thank you
