Does Heart-rate 49-95 Beats, Low BP And Atrial Fibrillation Need Test?

Hello I am female and 57yrs I had an episode of sudden onset Atrial Fibrilation that took 3 days to get under control. I have been on metrolopolbut I couldn t function very well, my heart rate ranges from 49 to 95 beats and I have the occasional palpitations, my blood pressure is also low 90over 63 sometimes, do I need further tests.
