Does Heart Leakage D To Low Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure is low. Systolic blood pressure at 83 and diastolic blood pressure at 39. Pulse was 81 bpm. My diastolic blood pressure is always below 60, is this abnormal? My doctor said I have a very minor heart leaking problem. Is this the reason for the low blood pressure? I always feel dizzy and hard to breathe...

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here this is not like that as you have stated here it is not the heart leaking but could be something else that need to be investigated but this is nothing to worry because clinical symptoms is the matter if you do not have any clinical complain then no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
