Does Headache, Fainting Sensation And Nose Bleeds Indicate Elevated BP?

I have high blood pressure but the tablets I was taking caused m hair to fall out quite drastically so stopped them about 6 months ago. I recently have had a fuzzy headache around eye and cheeks and nose bleeds. I also felt quite faint one morning and took my heart beat which was 133. Could this be signs of high blood pressure getting worse

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Stopping of blood pressure medicine was your fault.
Your doctor might have prescribed another BP medicine if this medicine was not suitable for you.
Your these symptoms is due to severe increase in your blood pressure or having some cardiac ailments.
Go to ER and get examined and start the treatment as soon as possible.
Ok and take care.
