My 2 year old banged his head on sunday I put a cold compress on the area and no bump came out just red spots. He did not vomit or show any symptoms of concussion, sleepiness etc. He has been well since. Should I still take him to a and e ?

Dear parent,I understand your concerns but you should monitor the child for a whole 24 hours after the injury. if the child experience dizziness or vomiting or headache then take the child immediately to the hospital for an urgent ct scan. if the child didn't experience any of these symptoms in the 24 hours following the injury then no need to worry.
