Does Head Injury Cause Heart Attack?

my husband fell and hit his head on a metal chair and it swelled on the right forehead. It was down the next day and he had no symptoms. He passed away a week later from a massive heart attack. But he had serious health issues. Could this have attributed to this

Regarding your question, no, there is no connection between the hit your late husband got to the head and the heart attack. I don't know what serious health issues you are referring to, but usually issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol etc are among the main predisposing factors for heart attack.
