Does Having Unprotected, Non Penetrative Sex Cause HIV Infection?

Hi I was overseas and I had protected sex with a transexual. Didn t last very long, we continued and I ended up giving him/her oral sex. Saying that no cuts or anything in my mouth. Then I ended up receiving without condom. But in saying this him/her put lube around my anus and inserted. As soon as it went in i pull it out immediately. I went to the toilet and whipped noticing no blood but it did hurt a little I m guessing from stretching. He/she finished on my stomach. Then then about 2 mins later I started sucking them again. What s the chances of me catching HIV being so short of a time they were in me? This was a silly mistake and first time encounter

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Based on the description of your acts, there appears to be a risk for transmission of HIV as at some instances there could be chances of its contact.
Kindly get your HIV status tested after about a week to 10 days from this incident and once again after 6 months. According to the result, you may consult doctor for the further measures to be taken.
Kindly use proper protection while indulging in sexual activities from next time.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
