Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As a physician, I would like to tell you that there are some chances of transmission of HIV from vaginal fluid to oral cavity injuries. But there are chances and you can't ignore them. Take a HIV Tridot test after consulting with your physician. Also, I would like to suggest that you should indulge in a safe sex practice as unprotected sex with sex workers may lead to contracting diseases like HIV, gonorrhoea, and Clamydia. Thanks for trusting and posting your query on this forum.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
