Does Groove In The Skin Behind Ears From Wearing Glasses Need Medical Attention?

I'm new to wearing glasses. Two months since I've begun wearing them, I've noticed a groove like dent on the area behind my ear that matches exactly where the left arm of my glasses clasps my head; it fits perfectly. I'm pretty sure it's new and is due to my new glasses. Do I have cause for concern? Is it permanent if I were to stop wearing glasses completely or merely have the arms adjusted?

HI
Well come to HCM
For the new comer in eye glass such out come is common and for that you have to choose the eye glass and frame very light in weight that is the solution you have, using such light specs does not cause any mark and discomfort, hope this information helps, take care.
