Welcome to HealthCare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

It is difficult to comment without actually examining you.Upper abdominal pain can be due to gallstone , liver pathology , or even peptic ulcer disease and pancreatitis.

I would suggest you to -
- Have a diet rich in fibres
- Avoid fatty and greasy food
- Drink loads of water
- I would also start tablet Pantoprazole to prevent bloating
- Get a upper GI endoscopy done to rule out peptic ulcer disease.

Do not worry.

I would suggest you to visit a gastroenterologist. He/she can examine you and correlate clinically. Further tests may be required like MRCP or a CT-scan of the abdomen to delineate the exact cause.

Hope this helps.
Have a nice day.
Regards.
