Does Getting Mensus Through Intake Of Tab Divery Safe?

my co sis has taken tab.divery for getting her menses which she had not got since 2 months....her pregnancy test was negative n on intake of divery tab for 5 days she got her menses but the flow is not like usual menses.... is it normal or any problem ?
