Hi

Usually there are no electrocardiogram (ECG) findings associated with gallstone disease.
However, one or two reported cases complicated by acute cholecystitis showed unexpected ischemic changes on ECG with inferolateral ST-segment elevation indicative of an inferolateral myocardial infarct in a patient with no underlying cardiac disease.
