Does Fatigue With Flu & Diarrhea Suggest A Parasite Infection?
Ive been very fatigued, dizzy and feeling bad for the past several days. The crud feeling associated when you get the flu. Decreased bowl movements with intermentint diarrhea but i also have had a decreases appetite. I feel like something is going on in my gut. Could it be a parasite? I had a physical a little over a week before i sarted feeling this way and everything came back normal

After culture start antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion.
