Does Exposure To Car, Plastic And Metal Fumes Cause Long-term Medical Problems?

I work in a office that is connected to an auto repair shop. Over the last year I have been exposed to car related fumes and burning metal, plastic smells. Sometimes I get headaches, nausea, racing heart and lightheaded. I also noticed the ceiling vents have black stains around them. Could breathing in these fumes cause long term medical injuries?

Hi

Yes of course and so it would be strongly advisable to either cut all possible venitatory contact with this auto repair shop or even possibly change jobs for the betterment of your health. This is indeed extremely unhealthy.

Best wishes
