Excess masturbation doesn t cause premature ejaculation. Anxiety or performance anxiety can cause premature ejaculation. If you do excessive masturbation then it should e controlled as it has some psychosocial issues. Get yourself involved in hobbies , playing games , doing exercises and talking to some one is helpful to avoid excess masturbation. If you get premature ejaculation while normal intercourse then you can do stop and start technique , using condom with anaesthetic , using positions which give less sensation to penis and thought changing when nearing ejaculation.
