masturbation has got nothing to do with kidney function. neither in reproductive system. what you have to do is get a semen analysis done.
steps to follow before getting a semen analysis done
1. don't masturbate or involve in sexual intercourse for 3 days before giving the sample
2. semen should be given in the lab within 20 mins after giving the sample, so plan accordingly.
3. come back with the semen analysis report for further evaluation
