Does Excessive Intake Of Vitamin B Supplement Cause Negative Effects?

I have a friend asking for information regarding excessive Vitamin B 12 level as well as folic acid Vitamin B level 1556 Folic acid is 24. She has been taking supplements and is concerned that this may be a problem . Are there long term consequences in having high doses of B vitamins?

Hello,

As it's always understood, anything in excess is a poison. So having too much of vitamin B supplement may not be good as there might be changes of the side effects in the long run. Medicine is used for the symptomatic relief and for a short duration. No medicine should be taken in excess as it may lead to other side effects.
