Does Estrogen Used For Vaginal Atrophy Cause Breast Cancer?
I ve had a hysterectomy. I m showing vaginal atrophy, plus foggy brain& memory problems. I understand estrogen is recommended but I fear that it may cause breast cancer. My mother died of breast cancer-onset 43 died 54. Would estrogen be safe for me?

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the hormone therapy necessary in your case then it has to be taken and it may not cause any malignancy and if you can manage the symptoms without the medicines then it is okay because what the symptoms you have may not need any specific treatment hope this information helps.
