Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

No elevated thyroxine level does not indicate pregnancy. For pregnancy references ranges are different but that is used only when you are pregnant. Elevated level has no relation with pregnancy. Go for T3, T4 and TSH level and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
