Does Dysmenorrhea Cause Pain In The Buttocks And Pelvis?
hi! please help me, i have my period now and everitime i have my period i feel pain dysmenorrhea but normally it ll last only 2-3 days but now still painful and its already my 4th day. i feel the pain in my butt and also on the left side of my pelvic area and it does affect the way i walk and sit. please help. thank you!

Hi, Thanks for the query Yes... when dismenorrhea is congestive in type.. it can affect pelvis,buttoks &lower abdomen too./inflammation or infection of other pelvic organs like urine infection,bowel diseases ,ovarian or tubal conitions can worsen the menstrual pain too.In child bearing age... it can be dúe to thretend abortion. You can take rest,sleep on abdomen.. take nonsteridal anti inflammatory drugs like combiflamr r taab dysmen over the counterwould help yiu fr time being. If there is no relief or the trouble this time was remarkably more...visit your gynecologist.. for detailedevaluation &investigations to confirm cause followed by specific examination Thanks.
