Does Dry Heaves Cause Blood Clots During Urination?
I was having hard dry heaves. Right after I felt I had to urinate. Blood clots shot out. Seemed like a lot. Went to ER and had the blood and urine tests done. CT scan of my kidneys and bladder showed no stones. Kidneys and bladder looks fine .Blood numbers were fine. Slight white count. I am a heavy aspirin user up till I saw the blood. Could the dry heaves have caused blood to fill the kidneys? I am taking cipro because he thought it may be a UTI.

Blood clots in urine can occur as a result of UTI or Stones in the urinary tract. There is also a possibility of some kind of ulcers in the bladder. You didn't mention the microscopy report of your urine.
Why you are taking aspirin ? Aspirin prevents blood clotting and it may cause excessive bleeding in case of UTI or stones.
I need the Urine microscopy results for confirming the diagnosis of UTI. Also details like age and sex are required.
Dry heaves are not a cause of blood clots in urine directly but the strain may ave caused the dislodgement of blood clots.
