Hello,

At 42 years of age, increasing your height is - I'm afraid - not possible. Tea and coffee do not inhibit growth. The bones stop getting longer at some time after puberty. For men, this time is usually somewhere between 18-24 years of age. For women, the range may be even lower.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Panagiotis Zografakis, Internal Medicine Specialist
