Does Dizziness And Queasiness Caused By Head Injury Need Attention?

hiya, 81 year old female bummed head few hours ago when she fell on floor. I helped her up and other than a the pain from the impact it didnt look to bad. She is complaining she is dizzy and feels quizzy in her stomach. This morning the bump looks slightly raised but still not to bad. Should I take her to the ER? She can be overly dramatic in this case I am unsure.

Hello,

Please report to ER (Emergency Room) immediately, it could be a minor injury only.

But based on her age, dizziness and nausea sensations, it is better to evaluate such a case first, then come to the conclusion after Evaluation that it is a minor injury only. So, report her to ER Immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
