HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

In a silent heart attack there few or no symptoms at all.

In some cases, a few symptoms may occur but if chest pain is present it would normally be tight/heavy/pressing pain.
The pain would not normally as described- pricking sensation.

This reduces the chance of a silent heart attack but if you remain concerned, you can visit your doctor who can do an ECG to check for an changes.

I hope this helps
