Does Diet Consisting Of Only Vegetables And Fruits Cause Anemia?

I have lost about 100 lbs. in the past year. My diet is really only vegetables and fruits, that have been steamed or lightly sauteed in olive oil. I do not eat meat at all, but do occasionally eat fish. I am concerned about becoming anemic. Should I be concerned, or just continue on this diet.

dear sir/madam,

i suggest you to take a balanced diet with enough carbohydrates proteins and fats. taking only vegetables and fruits will deplete the lean muscle protein as well as calcium and bone. anaemia may also occur. i suggest you to a reputed nutritionist and change your eating habits.
