Does Detox With Vegetable And Fruit Juice Lead To High AST(SGOT),Alt And Low Sodium Serum?

I detox my body by drinking juice (• spinach, celery, kale, cucumber, apple) 2 times/ a day) . For breakfast I drank fruit juice (apple, pineapple, blueberry..) . After 2 days detox, I went to lab for blood test , the results shock me. High level of AST(SGOT), high ALT...low sodium serum...
My question is : those high number results because I detox, drinking too much fluid? I have doctor appointmen next week. now I kind of scare. My previous test are normal.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your concern, what ever diet you are taking that does not increase the enzyme level of liver, it is very less likely, the question comes here and that is for what you have done this blood work if you do not have any symptoms in relation with these test then why to worry, take care and have good day.
I find this answer helpful
