Does Delayed Menstrual Cycle And Diarrhea Indicate Pregnancy?

I m 2 weeks late on my period I have taken multiple tests and all negative I had blood work done about 4 days ago and it came back negative my breast sometimes feel tender I have been feeling a little sick but not getting sick I m having white discharge and now diarrhea could I be pregnant even with all the negative tests?

I understand your concern
Pregnancy test and blood tests was negative suggests that pregnancy is not possible.
Your delayed period could be due to hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, endometriosis.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan to confirm cause.
White discharge could be due to cervicitis, vaginal infection.
Vaginal swab test will help in diagnosis.
Diarrhea could be due to hormonal imbalance, endometriosis.
Drugs like progesterone will help you to induce period
Drink plenty of water and ORS solution
