Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Yes, greenish nasal discharge is commonly result of bacterial pseudomonas infection and require medical attention. I think your headache is related to sinus infection once it gets treated your headache will subside till then you can take acetaminophin, ibuprofen for pain. I think you should take a course of antibiotic, ciprofloxacin and consultation of doctor is recommended.

Do let me know if this was helpful and if you have any more questions.

Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Akash Kumar
