Does Cramping In The Lower Abdomen And Slight Urinary Leakage Indicate Pregnancy?
I have been getting mild-severe cramping in my lower abdomen along with slight urinary leakage when I walk around for the past 3 days. It has been 2 weeks since my last period and I also had sex while on my period. Is there a possibility that I am pregnant? Or is it most likely ovulation?
I understand your concern. It is unlikely that what you are experiencing is related to pregnancy. It is far more likely that you are ovulating and the cramping you are experiencing is called mittleschmerz, typical for ovulation. It lasts 2-3 days, sometimes more and it is normal. As for the urinary leakage, this is not a typical symptom of ovulation, and could be a sign of urinary infection. Having intercourse during your period is not advisable as it can lead to infections. If the uncontrolled leaking continues, you should do a urine test and based on the results, you should see a doctor for a check up.
Wishing you all the best.
