Hi Dr., I injure my pinky toes a lot...I think I ve broken them both before, but last night, when I tripped, I heard an awful crack in my left pink toe...I figured nothing new, I ve just broken it again, but then it started almost twitching, each time it made me scream with pain...this I don t remember! Is it just a normal break...did I not break it at all but injure something else? Thank you for your time
