Does Congestive Heart Failure Resolve By Itself?

I had congestive heart failure that showed up on xray the 21last month, we dont know why but dr said it was resolving, he said I will be fine, I am 35 yrs old with polycythemia vera, em and pernicious anemia. He is a fam dr not specialist. Should I see another dr fir followup since its my heart

yes you need to consult cardiologist for management of your heart failure..get an ECG,2D ECHO,LIPID PROFILE and consult cardiologist with reports..blood pressure and vitals should be monitored..consult cardiologist for expert management.thankyou
